This morning, H.E. FCPA Fernandes Barasa joined the Muslim faithful in celebrating Eid ul-Fitr at Butere Girls Grounds in Butere Sub-county.

The Governor stated that his administration remains committed to supporting the religious community in Kakamega County through various empowerment programs, including social protection grants for groups.

He also announced that *Butere Level IV Hospital* will be commissioned upon its full equipping and assured residents that Shiatsala Market will be completed in the next financial year.

The occasion was graced by MCAs led by the host, CPA Philip Maina, alongside members of the County Executive.
