H.E FCPA Fernandes Barasa presided over the Youth Kikao Conference this afternoon at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, which created safe spaces for diverse groups from across Kakamega to engage with County Officials.

Governor Barasa’s administration has implemented various initiatives aimed at harnessing the huge potential of the youth; from the Governor’s Cup and subsidized Kakamega County Microfinance Corporation loans for start-ups, to the upcoming career expo, the youth of Kakamega are poised to harvest significant opportunities.
