H.E FCPA Fernandes Barasa continued with the launch of the second phase of the Kenya Informal Settlement Improvement Programme (KISIP) in Mumias town, Mumias West Sub-County.

This programme is set to benefit Mjini, Shibale, and Lukoye areas within Mumias Municipality.

A total of 130 plot owners will benefit from this exercise where road and drainage works; solar street lighting and water extension will be improved together with individual water connections (AMATSI KHUMULIANGO).

This six-point transformative agenda milestone mirrors Governor Barasa’s dream and commitment to #MaendeleoNaUsawa across Kakamega County.
