STAKEHOLDERS HOLD FINAL KYISA PREPARATORY MEETING
County Government of Kakamega Officers led by the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Social Services, Sports, Youth, Gender and Culture Mr Mophat Mandela on Wednesday joined stakeholders in the sports sector for a high level final Kenya Intercounties Youth Sports Association (KYISA) preparatory meeting at Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani, Nairobi.
This year’s edition welcomes partnership from Sports Kenya, Sports Connect, Alive and Kicking Kenya and the National Olympic Committee all represented in the meeting to share ideas on their respective areas of collaboration.
Sports stakeholders who attended from the entire country promised to rally their respective teams to a competitive and spectacular week long extravaganza that will be staged in Tharaka Nithi County from 23rd to 30th April, 2023.
Kakamega County will present teams in Soccer and Volleyball in both men and women categories. The games features athletes aged between 18-23 years.
