Kisa Central Ward serves as a vital economic artery, connecting all the Wards of Khwisero by interlinking the agriculturally-rich Sub-county.

A well-established transport network in this Ward translates to economic empowerment of the entire region.

In recognition of this, H.E FCPA Fernandes Barasa initiated the upgrade and maintenance of Ebukwala Primary – Emungeso Road where he outlined his comprehensive plan for the Sub-County, which encompasses initiatives such as the distribution of subsidized fertilizer and seeds, a bursary program, and the Amatsi Khumuliango project.

Area MCA Hon. Handman Saya and Roads Committee Chair Hon. Brian Mafunga led MCAs, among other leaders, in appreciating county development.
