H.E FCPA Fernandes Barasa celebrated morning Holy Mass at St. Mathias Kholera Catholic Church, where he also joined faithfuls in a fundraiser for completion of the church’s construction project.

Addressing congregants regarding the upcoming distribution of the County Government’s subsidized fertilizer, maize seeds, pesticides, and fish feeds, Governor Barasa urged the Agriculture Executive to ensure only local farmers benefit from the program.

The Governor was accompanied by MCAs led by the Speaker Rt. Hon James Namatsi and various County Officials
