Kakamega Governor H.E. FCPA Fernandes Barasa has been recognized for his outstanding service delivery in a Politrack Africa Limited survey conducted between December 2024 and February 2025.

The colorful event, held in Nairobi and attended by County Secretary and Head of Public Service Dr. Lawrence Omuhaka, ranked top performers in public and civil service across various sectors.

Governor Barasa emerged as the best in the devolved units category and secured the overall top position. H.E. Gladys Wanga of Homa Bay County was the First Runner-up.
