FEASSSA Games Update

Due to overwhelming public demand, Bukhungu International Stadium, initially reserved for the opening and closing ceremonies of the FEASSSA Games, is now hosting additional fixtures that were originally scheduled for satellite pitches.

This adjustment comes after formal requests by participating teams and fans, eager to experience the thrill of playing and cheering inside the region’s premier sporting arena.

While satellite venues, including the Kakamega High School, among others, continue to stage the bulk of fixtures, mirroring the successful arrangement used during the National Games, the decision to expand Bukhungu’s role has elevated the Games’ profile and excitement.

Rightly hailed as the Cathedral of Sports, Kakamega County has once again cemented its place as the heartbeat of regional and international competition.
