COUNTY CONDUCTS VIRTUAL SERVICE DELIVERY MEETING

County Service Delivery meeting was today conducted virtually in adherence to Covid-19 protocols.

The meeting which was chaired by Deputy Governor H.E Prof Philip Kutima saw various departments present their projects status as they responded to questions and concerns from members.

H.E Dr FCPA Wycliffe Oparanya at one point broke away from his busy schedule to join the meeting when the Revenue Agency Chief Executive Officer Madam Beatrice Mumo was making her presentation before leaving the mantle to his Deputy.

The meeting started with Head of Planning Mr Dan Borter presenting the Monitoring and Evaluation report.

Electronic County Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation Systems report was later presented by ICT Director Sam Wetungu.

Mr Eliud Lelerai from the Presidential Delivery Unit also made his presentation as a Guest Speaker.

Roads, Public Works and Energy Chief Officer (CO) Eng. Patrick Ligabo made presentations on behalf of the department.

Presentation for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Cooperatives was done by CO Mr Jeremiah Namunyu.

Eng Ligabo who is the acting CO for Lands, Housing and Urban Planning presented the report for his department before his Water, Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change counterpart Mr Joseck Maloba presented for the department.

County Secretary and Head of Public Service Madam Jacinta Aluoch, CECMs, COs Directors and other senior county officers attended the meeting organized by Service Delivery and Advisory Unit CO Dr Phitalis Were Masakhwe.
