Kakamega County Governor H.E. Hon. FCPA Fernandes Barasa, OGW., was today (Saturday) unanimously elected by his colleague Governors as the Council of Governors (CoG) Chair of Finance, Planning and Economic Affairs during a full Council meeting held in Mombasa County.
