DEPUTY GOVERNOR ASSUMES OFFICE

Kakamega County Deputy Governor H.E Hon. Ayub Savula has today morning officially assumed office at the County Headquarters.

The Deputy Governor comes into office officially a day after H.E FCPA Fernandes Barasa was handed over the Governor’s office by his predecessor Hon. FCPA Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya yesterday afternoon.

The brief ceremony held at the DG’s office was preceded by prayers from religious leaders. At hand to ensure the process ran smoothly was County Secretary and Head of Public Service CPA Amb. James Ochami who is the Chairperson of the Assumption of Office of the Governor Committee.
