DEVOLUTION CONFERENCE COMING TO KAKAMEGA?
A delegation from the Council of Governors, Senate and the National Assembly have this morning paid a courtesy call to H.E Governor Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya at the county government headquarters.
The group led by Murang’a Senator Hon. Irungu Kang’ata is in the county to assess the standard of facilities within Kakamega town and its environs following a proposal by the Council of Governors to host the fifth 5th Devolution ConferenceΒ in Kakamega County.
Other members accompanying Hon. Irungu are Laikipia Senator Hon. John Nderitu, Nominated Senator Hon. Rose Nyamunga and the Council of Governors CEO Jackline Mogeni.
