𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐏𝐒𝐁 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐈𝐧
His Excellency Governor FCPA Fernandes Barasa today presided over the swearing-in ceremony of newly appointed members to the County Public Service Board.
The Board now stands fully constituted, following the inauguration of:
1. James Wakungwi Sakwa – Board Chairperson
2. Raphael Otalo – Member
3. Vivianne Ayuma – Member
4. Jason Mulama – Member
During the ceremony, Governor Barasa charged the new members to uphold national and public service values and principles, while supporting the administration with effective human resource planning.
This milestone marks a significant step forward in strengthening the county’s public service and governance structures.
The event was attended by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. James Namatsi; MCAs led by Majority Leader Hon. Phillip Maina; and the County Executive, led by County Secretary and Head of Public Service, Dr. Lawrence Omuhaka.
