H.E FCPA Fernandes Barasa inspected the upgrading of Lumakanda-Manyonyi road project to bitumen standards in Lugari Sub-County.

This 8-kilometer road is crucial in advancing the Governor’s Wealth Creation and Infrastructure Development pillar of the six-point agenda for the people of Kakamega County.

Governor Barasa, who was accompanied by host MCAs and County Officials led by the County Secretary and Head of Public Service, Dr. Lawrence Omuhaka, said he is satisfied with the progress of the project
