Education continues to hold a paramount position in H.E Governor FCPA Fernandes Barasa’s agenda for the people of Kakamega County. In line with this, the Governor launched the construction of Eshilibo ECDE center in Butsotso South Ward, Lurambi Sub-county.

The project to be constructed at a cost of Ksh. 4.5 million comprises of two classrooms, a kitchen, and a six-door toilet.

The Governor has reaffirmed his commitment to improving education standards in the County with a key focus on the 4M per Ward bursary scheme, whose application deadline is today at 5pm.
