14th EALASCA Games Set to Kick Off in Kampala
The East Africa Local Authorities Sports and Cultural Association (EALASCA) promotes social and cultural exchange, as well as the sharing of best practices in governance and service delivery.
As Patron of the Kenya Intercounty Sports and Cultural Association (KICOSCA), H.E. Governor FCPA Fernandes Barasa attended the opening of the 14th EALASCA Games, which commence tomorrow in Kampala. The KICOSCA team is well-prepared, and we look forward to strong performances.
Governor Barasa stated that the event will help propel preparations for East African countries set to host the African Cup of Nations in 2027.
Earlier, he called on Kenya’s Ambassador to Uganda, H.E. Joash Maangi. Uganda remains a strategic partner for Kenya.
