BOARD OF MANAGEMENT OF KDDC HAD A FRUITFUL ENGAGEMENT WITH H.E FCPA FERNANDES BARASA AT HIS OFFICE

Yesterday, March the 12th, the Board of management of KDDC had a fruitful engagement with H.E FCPA Fernandes Barasa at his office.

This notable engagement focused on putting in place measures towards making the organisation, whose key mandate is dairy development in the County, run more smoothly.

The KDDC team was led by the chairman, Mr Francis Sikolia and

accompanied by two other board members including the Chief Officer for Livestock, Veterinary and fisheries, Ms. Jesca wasonga. Also present was the County Secretary, Dr Lawrence Omuhaka.

The fruitful deliberations focused on addressing the current management

changes, production challenges involving the Smart farms with focus on mid and long term solutions for the whole dairy sector including the Malava processing plant which is under construction.
