DEVOLUTION – 5 YEARS DOWN THE LINE

As the wind of devolution sweeps across the country, we would like to thank each and every stakeholder who has supported efforts to realize fruits of the system for the past 5 years. In Kakamega, H.E. Governor Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya has embarked on a transformative agenda of Kakamega town and the county as a whole to encourage investments, both local and international, in the framework of county CIDP and the national Big 4 agenda, for housing, health and infrastructure development as well as socio-cultural spheres.
Today, Kakamega town is a transformed place teeming with traffic, refurbished pavements and a water fountain to boot.
