GOVERNOR BARASA STEPS UP PUBLIC PARTICIPATION DRIVE

Residents of Mumias East Sub-County today, Monday, hosted H.E FCPA Governor Fernandes Barasa together with his County Executive Members at Lusheya Market marking yet another successful public engagement forum convened by the Governor, after the first one in Likuyani Sub-County a fortnight ago.

The forum that aimed at gathering insights from the residents also served as a fulfilment of the Governor’s agenda to promote good governance in the County.

Members of the public got a chance to engage with County Executives who responded to their concerns during the Question and Answer session.

The event was graced by the Deputy Governor Hon. Ayub Savula, MCAs led by Speaker James Namatsi and the host Hon. Timothy Wanzetse, CECMs led by Mr. Lawrence Omuhaka of Public Service and County Administration, County Secretary and Head of Public Service Dr Bonface Okoth, Chief Officers, among other senior County Government officers.
