HAPPY MADARAKA DAY WISHES FROM GOVERNOR OPARANYA
As we reflect on strides made in the last 53 years of self rule, as a country, let us cherish one another by extending a helping hand to the needy around us.
As a County, looking at the milestones achieved so far in the last 3 years of devolution in Agriculture, Education, Health, Roads, Trade, etc, let us keep the spirit of development and patriotism alive by actively engaging my leadership right from the Ward level to the Headquarters on county projects and programs.
Today’s celebrations will be conducted across the county in all the 12 Sub counties and the 60 Wards. I will be at Kakamega Boys High School to lead my fellow residents in marking this historical day. I warmly welcome you to join us at your convenience.
