SERVICE DELIVERY KEY ~ GOVERNOR OPARANYA

The newly appointed County Excutive Committee Members (CECs’) Chief Officers’ (COs’) and other senior government officers have today begun a two day induction course in Kisumu. Governor Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya called on them to work as a team and embrace collective responsibility. He also urged the officers to maintain ethical conduct, honesty and dedication to quality service delivery.

Other participants include H.E. Deputy Governor, H.E. Prof Philip Kutima, the Chairperson County Public Service Board, Mrs. Rodah Masaviru and other board members.
