THIRD COUNTY ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS’ PASS-OUT

Kakamega County Governor H.E Wycliffe Oparanya today presided over the third pass out ceremony for County Enforcement Officers at the Bukura Agricultural College.

Governor Oparanya congratulated the recruits for enduring through the tedious and rigorous training exercise and lauded their instructors who were drawn from various units of the disciplined forces for drilling the young men and women well in readiness for their service to the citizens of the county.

He called on the recruits to observe high levels of integrity, trustworthy and discipline and reminded them that residents of the county as well as his government will expect them to work tirelessly and in accordance with the law.

Present as well were CEC Members led by Public Service and Administration’s Rachel Okumu, Members of the Kakamega County Public Service Board, Members of the County Assembly and Officials from both the National and County Governments’.
