This morning, residents of Musanda Ward in Mumias West Sub-County warmly received the Governor β H.E. FCPA Fernandes Barasa β as he launched the construction of the Alumala – Mumako – Skola road.
The Governor noted that his administration has invested Ksh. 600 million to the road projects across the County, at the same time exuding confidence that the newly launched road will significantly benefit local sugarcane farmers by ensuring timely transportation of their produce to millers.
Hon. Johnson Naicca who is hosting the County CEO, urged fellow Members of Parliament to embrace collaboration with the Governor, emphasizing the benefits of collective effort over divisive politics.
Area MCA, Hon. Joseph Omusinde and his colleagues from the County Assembly, all pledged to work with the Governor in advancing the County’s development agenda.
