The meeting was attended by Executive staff including the County Secretary and Head of Public Service, Dr. Lawrence Omuhaka, Randy Smith from the US Government’s Kakamega County Engagement Team, Elizabeth Eckart, Chief of Party at TechnoServe, and Sebastian Wanjala, Deputy Chief of Party at TechnoServe.
