𝑪𝑯𝑬𝑴𝑼𝑪𝑯𝑬 𝑾𝑨𝑹𝑫 𝑹𝑶𝑨𝑫 𝑳𝑨𝑼𝑵𝑪𝑯

In Governor Barasa’s earnest to open up Malava Sub-County through infrastructure development, he has launched Shitirira Primary Junction – Tumbeni Secondary Junction Road this afternoon. The work will also involve construction of box culverts on the road.

The successful completion of this project will facilitate transportation of raw farm produce, especially sugarcane and milk to the nearby factories of Butali, West and Mumias sugar companies; and the Tumbeni Dairy Plant, respectively, which will be completed within this financial year.

Present were MCAs led by the host Hon. Geoffrey Sikolia, among others.
