Governor Oparanya has featured on the Reputation Poll list of 100 Most Reputable Africans for the year 2020. The list features 47 women and 53 men from diverse sectors that includes Leadership, Entertainment, Advocacy, Education and Business.

A spot check at the Kakamega County General & Referral hospital on the general delivery of services and the level of COVID-19 preparedness at the facility by H.E. Governor Oparanya, his deputy Prof. Philip Museve Kutima, Health Services CECM Rachel Okumu and other senior County Government Executives, Wednesday morning.

MEANWHILE, Governor Oparanya has featured on the Reputation Poll list of 100 Most Reputable Africans for the year 2020. The list features 47 women and 53 men from diverse sectors that includes Leadership, Entertainment, Advocacy, Education and Business.

The Governor’s exemplary grasp and execution of Governance, Leadership & Socio-Economic agenda in the Country and County are indeed transforming livelihoods.

The list also features two African Presidents, a Vice President and other leading policymakers and prominent personalities. In Kenya alongside Governor Oparanya, Cabinet Secretaries Amina Mohammed and Mutahi Kagwe also feature as well as Mr. Peter Tabichi a teacher of Maths and Physics and winner of the Global Teacher Prize 2019.
