Hard work pays!!!
Kakamega County Government will pay one year school fees for Aggrey Wabuko Akhanyinya, the young boy from St. Joseph Primary School in Kakamega County who led the Nation in the 2015 KCPE exams. Speaking at the County Headquarters when he received the hero, his parents and teachers, Governor Oparanya encouraged Aggrey to focus on his dream of becoming a recognized neurosurgeon in the whole world. Aggrey and his parents were very grateful to the Governor’s gesture. Governor Oparanya said the government now plans to reward other candidates who did the county proud in last year’s KCPE exams. Akhanyinya hopes to join Alliance High School next month.
