LUGARI SUB COUNTY ONE COW INITIATIVE

Governor Oparanya continued with his drive to empower the women of Kakamega as he gave out in-calved cows to 60 women farmers in Lugari Sub County.

The Governor will next be spreading the initiative to Likuyani Sub County as he seeks to eradicate dependency on one form of farming and reduce poverty among residents of Kakamega County.

HE was flanked by CEC member for Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives Mr. Kulati Wangia, Lugari MP aspirant Nabii Nabwera and Senatorial aspirant Seth Panyako among others.
