MUGOMARI ECDE CENTRE NEARS COMPLETION IN ISUKHA WEST

Construction works at Mugomari Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) Centre in Isukha West Ward, Shinyalu Sub-County, are nearing completion, with finishing works currently underway ahead of its commissioning.

The facility is part of the 62 ECDE centres established across Kakamega County under the leadership of H.E. Dr.Fernandes Barasa as part of his administration’s efforts to improve access to quality early childhood education and provide conducive learning environments for young learners.

Mugomari ECDE Centre comprises two classrooms, a kitchen, water storage tank and sanitation facilities, providing essential infrastructure to support learning and the wellbeing of children.

Governor Barasa’s administration continues to invest in ECDE infrastructure across the county, ensuring learners have access to safe, modern and child-friendly learning facilities from the foundational stages of education.
