PERFORMANCE CONTRACTS SIGNING, RELEASE AND AWARDS.
The Kakamega County Public Service Board (KCPSB) emerged as the best overall government unit in the 2015/16 performance contract results released by Kakamega Governor H.E Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya.
Performance Contracting is a tool employed by the government to measure how the various units (ministries and departments) discharge their duties to the public for a better, efficient service delivery.
CPSB Chairperson Rhoda Masaviru thanked the government for the opportunity to serve adding that the board is an equal employer that will continue discharging its mandate to the public effectively with fairness.
Present as well were other board members led by Vice Chairman Hon. Maxwell Shamala, Ms. Linah Ayako, Mr. Fredrick Oyombe and Diana Wakona among others.
