COUNTYWIDE FREE FERTILIZER AND SEED DISTRIBUTION ONGOING

Following the launch of the free fertilizer and seed distribution program by Governor Fernandes Barasa, the exercise is currently ongoing across all wards in Kakamega County.

Distribution is being conducted through respective ward offices, where registered beneficiaries can now redeem their farm inputs.

Farmers and vulnerable persons who received an e-voucher notification from the County Government are advised to visit their respective ward offices with the confirmation text message and identification document (ID) to collect their fertilizer and seeds.

Below is the schedule outlining all dates and designated venues for fertilizer and seed collection across the county.

This initiative is part of the county’s ongoing efforts to enhance food security and support vulnerable households through improved agricultural productivity.
